Let’s hang out

The Women in Travel Summit (WITS) did something a little different this year by having a full day excursion to Park City, Utah! We had a choice of a variety of activities to participate in during the morning, followed by a scavenger hunt and dinner. I ended up snowshoeing throughout the beautiful mountains and was fortunate to have lovely weather for this excursion! The scavenger hunt felt like I was in the Amazing Race, searching for 25 destinations and clues throughout downtown Park City. I also enjoyed the winter vibe and the warm hospitality this city had to offer! It’s been about 3 weeks since I left, but I fell hard for Florianopolis 💕 This is the first place I’ve traveled to that I can easily see myself living here! This Brazilian island is a nature lover’s paradise full of mystical vibes. ✨I miss this island dearly but I know that I will most likely be returning at some point in the near future 🇧🇷 2023 was a wild year for me for travel and adventures. Even though it ended pretty rocky for me, I’m so grateful for all of the places I went to and experiences I had. I’m hoping 2024 is full of magic and opportunities for everyone. ✨ 📍Ashgabat, Turkmenistan: the city of white marble and larger than life monuments! 🇹🇲 You’ll also find a stage that you can have all to yourself and the “wheel of enlightenment”, the indoor Ferris wheel that you can ride for $1! 🎡 Then not too far from the city lies ancient ruins of the Nisa fortress. I felt like I was on another planet wandering the streets of Ashgabat. Just came back from a fun and relaxing long weekend in Banff National Park with new friends! Feels like I’ve known you guys for forever! It was a great way to end this stretch of travel these past few months!🏔️ 💜 “You can stand me up at the Gates of Hell but I won’t back down!” 🔥 Just came back from Turkmenistan celebrating their 32nd Independence Day with @youngpioneer 🇹🇲 Even though it’s an “off the beaten path” sort of country that brings in only 10,000 visitors a year, it’s been a country I’ve been wanting to explore the last several years! More photo dumps of this adventure to come in the coming weeks! 🎡 🔥 🇹🇲 Short but sweet weekend in Istanbul! 🇹🇷 I will definitely be back again someday to explore more of this amazing city and what the rest of Türkiye has to offer! Next up, my wildest country to visit yet…Turkmenistan! 🇹🇲 Third NH 4,000+ footer hiked, now 45 more to go! 🏔️ Mount Pierce was definitely the easiest 4,000 footer we’ve done so far, yet still a challenging trail. Luckily we were rewarded with views of a waterfall early on as well as views of Mount Washington at the peak! We’re hoping to squeeze in one more hike in between my upcoming international travels, before the year ends! 💪
