About Me

My name is Jessie (aka Lady Red) and I’ve been traveling the world for nearly a decade. My first trip abroad was back in 2012, which was a volunteer trip to Nicaragua. As of today, I’ve traveled to 17 countries and 6 continents. I started this blog back in 2015 as a stress-relieving hobby during graduate school. Unlike most travel bloggers, I have not (yet!) quit the 9-5 grind to live the “digital nomad” life, but rather find a way to have my remote work coexist harmoniously with my desire to explore. I’m always looking to connect with like-minded travelers to go on an extreme adventure with, or simply grab some coffee and cake.
